GAME OF LIFE
| The Rules |
#1 If you fill in a box (cell) that cell becomes alive. If the cell is not filled in that cell is dead. Follow me? ok good... Each cell has Eight neighboring cells, up, down, left right, and the diagonals...
#2 A dead cell with exactly three live neighboring cells becomes a live cell (birth).
#3 A live cell with two or three live neighboring cells stays alive (survival).
#4 In all other cases (one, none, or Four or more neighboring cells are alive around it, the cell dies or remains dead (overcrowding or loneliness).

| What the hell is the point?!? |
Ok I get this question all the time... the point is to sustain constant, ever growing life... or at least try to. Its hard! Alot of patterns will go into stasis and just stop growing, and very rarely you will get one that continues to grow on forever (sometimes its takes thousands of cycles for it to stop growing... but it does.) The point is... experiment and have fun with it.
